Free Global Shipping
We ship worldwide, and free of charge for all orders containing a pair of Sagans. It's as simple as that.
Depending on your location, shipping will generally take between 1 to 5 business days.
All deliveries are fully traceable and an email will be send out upon shipping with tracking details.
If you order from our website for delivery outside the European Union, your products may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches its destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. For further information on duty and tax we suggest you contact your local customs office as rules vary per country.
How long will I have to wait?
All our shoes are a 100% handmade-to-order in our own east-London atelier by our team of expert shoemakers. For that reason you can expect them to be made to your specifications within 2 - 4 weeks. We are building a small stock of the popular colours as we grow so some orders can be shipped faster, please contact us directly for urgent requests.

Product Exchanges and Returns
We offer free exchanges or returns in case the shoe is not to your liking.
Please contact us at email@example.com for a size swap or return within 14 days of receiving the goods. We will then accommodate you with the correct exchange/return address and provide you with a different sized pair of shoes or refund to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
In order to be eligible for an exchange or return you must return the goods in original and unworn condition (please try on shoes on a soft surface) together with the original packaging, within 21 days of receiving the goods. When these conditions are not met, Baudoin & Lange is unfortunately unable to issue an exchange or refund.
Refunds will appear in your account within 5 working days of receiving the goods back at our ateliers, depending on your bank/card issuer. Unfortunately we cannot refund any possible duties, taxes or shipping costs that are made by us sending and returning the product(s)
The returned product/products remains your responsibility until it arrives at our ateliers.
Please be aware that products from the following categories (Exotic leathers, Nappa deerskin leather, Saddle Pennies, Classic Pennies, Special Orders), and personalised items are unfortunately not eligible for any exchanges or returns and sales are final. Furthermore, shipping costs for multiple returns/exchanges on the same order will not be covered.
If you have special requests (exclusive leathers, modifications) do get in touch directly with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make it happen.
Picking up your shoes at our atelier
If you are based in London and wish to visit us, you can arrange to pick up your order directly from our atelier in east-London free of charge - we always love to meet our customers !
Ordering without credit card
We are accepting PayPal payments on our website now. In case you do not have a credit card or PayPal, please contact us and we will facilitate you with our direct bank details.
